Warehouse Labourer
Warehouse Labourer with Forklift Experience – Your Retreats Ltd
We’re seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Labourer with a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence to join our growing team.
You’ll play a vital role supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure our dynamic environment remains clean, safe, and organised, while assisting with material handling for our construction projects specialising in park and luxury lodges.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse and factory environment
- Cleaning production and warehouse areas, including workstations, walkways, and storage spaces
- Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming stock and materials efficiently
- Picking and preparing materials for delivery to production teams or job sites
- Operating a forklift truck safely to move stock, materials, and equipment (counterbalance preferred)
- Loading and unloading vehicles as required
- Conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies
- Emptying waste bins and ensuring proper disposal procedures
- Adhering to all health and safety policies and company guidelines at all times
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager and team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements
- Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) Licence (Counterbalance experience is aplus)
- Previous experience in warehouse, factory, or construction environments
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to housekeeping
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks where required
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
