- Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (Mon-Fri, flexible agreement)

At Kyocera Unimerco, we’re looking for an experienced logistics or warehouse professional ready to step into a hands-on Logistics Coordinator role. This job is not behind a desk—it’s about working alongside a team, setting daily priorities, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations
- Support a small warehouse team, leading by example
- Manage goods-in, goods-out, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Prioritise workloads to meet customer deadlines
- Maintain accurate stock levels using our warehouse management system
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation
- Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, and Customer Service
- Identify and prevent issues while driving continuous improvement
- Uphold high standards of safety, organisation, and housekeeping

About You
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- Direct experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Proven ability to lead a team
- A hands-on mindset—leading by example is key
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Confidence to make swift, effective decisions
- IT proficiency (prior experience with WMS and Microsoft Office helpful)
- Forklift licence (preferred) – must-have for this role
