Role Overview
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for the leadership, management, and continuous improvement of all warehouses, inventory, and logistics operations. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of goods whilst maintaining excellent service levels for both UK and international customers. The post holder will be accountable for inventory accuracy, operational performance, warehouse systems, transport management, labour planning, and budget control. They will drive operational excellence through process improvement, team development, and effective resource management while ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, security, and regulatory requirements. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will contribute to the development and execution of business strategy, supporting continued growth and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience and achievement in leading Warehouse & Logistics Operations including managing inventory control, stock accuracy, implement improvements & efficiencies and budget management.
- A proven people leader and motivator with effective decision making and prioritisation skills.
- Communicate & engage at all levels.
- Demonstratable commercial awareness.
- Results orientated.
