Role Description
The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in the City of Bristol. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including kitting, stock control, inventory management, and ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The Warehouse Manager will lead and supervise warehouse staff, coordinate workloads, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Duties include:

- Kitting
- Monitoring stock levels
- Implementing and improving warehouse processes
- Managing forklift operations
- Collaborating with operations, purchasing, and material control teams to meet production and delivery schedules
The role also involves maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, using warehouse systems to produce reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong stock and inventory control skills to ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of materials and products.
- Solid inventory management and operations management skills to optimise warehouse workflows and maintain efficient storage and distribution.
- Safe and compliant forklift operation skills, with appropriate certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, workload planning, and performance coaching.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in warehouse management or ERP systems and basic MS Office skills for reporting and data analysis.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Relevant experience in automotive, manufacturing, or logistics environments and a background in warehouse or operations management are highly beneficial.
