Warehouse Manager
Salary: £45,000
Location: Ystrad Mynach, CF82
About Us
FireSealsDirect is one of the UK's leading suppliers of passive fire protection products, providing expert solutions and outstanding service to customers nationwide. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an ambitious, driven, and customer-focused Business Development Executive to help identify and convert new business opportunities while building lasting customer relationships.
We are growing at pace. That growth brings opportunity, investment, and the chance to shape how our operations work for the future. Our warehouse network is central to that journey, and we are now looking for a Warehouse Manager who wants to lead from the front, build strong teams, and help us scale sustainably.
The Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of the day to day operation of our Ystrad warehouse while helping shape the future of our wider depot network. You’ll lead a growing team, maintain excellent stock control, and ensure goods flow safely and efficiently from receipt through to dispatch.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment. You’ll balance operational delivery with continuous improvement, using data, systems, and people leadership to drive performance. You’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Customer Services to support wider business projects and expansion plans.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
