Warehouse Manager

Food Manufacturing

Leicestershire

Monday to Friday | £60,000

There are plenty of people who can keep a warehouse running.

There are fewer who can walk into a growing business, look at what’s working (and what isn’t), and build a warehouse operation that’s ready for the next stage of growth.

That’s exactly what this role is about.

We’re working with a highly successful food manufacturing business in Leicestershire that has grown significantly over recent years and has ambitious plans for the future.

With continued investment into people, processes and systems, they’re now looking for a Warehouse Manager who can bring leadership, structure and continuous improvement to their outbound operation.

This isn’t a role where you simply inherit a process and keep things ticking along.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of the warehouse function, define what good looks like and build an operation capable of supporting further growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
