About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join our expanding team based at our brand new, state of the art factory in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work from Monday to Friday, 7:00-15:30.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan and allocate resources to meet operational demands and maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor order priorities and dispatch schedules to prevent delays or shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance, liaising with HR when required.
- Support and develop team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Ensure operational standards and quality requirements are consistently met.
- Ensure equipment, materials and supplies are available to support daily operations.
- Promote and enforce Health & Safety policies, working closely with the H&S team.
- Conduct regular team briefings to communicate targets, updates and improvements.
- Manage departmental queries and escalate issues to senior management when required

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
Desired skills & knowledge:
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate, coach, develop, motivate and build effective relationships within teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead a team
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Flexibility and organisational skill
- Computer literate
