About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join our expanding team based at our brand new, state of the art factory in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work from Monday to Friday, 7:00-15:30.

Main responsibilities:

  • Plan and allocate resources to meet operational demands and maintain smooth workflow.
  • Monitor order priorities and dispatch schedules to prevent delays or shortages.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance, liaising with HR when required.
  • Support and develop team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Ensure operational standards and quality requirements are consistently met.
  • Ensure equipment, materials and supplies are available to support daily operations.
  • Promote and enforce Health & Safety policies, working closely with the H&S team.
  • Conduct regular team briefings to communicate targets, updates and improvements.
  • Manage departmental queries and escalate issues to senior management when required

About You
