The Role and Candidate
Reporting to the Head of Logistics, the Warehouse Manager – Europe Operations will be responsible for overseeing POP MART’s European warehousing operation, with primary responsibility for managing the company’s Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) in Belgium.
This role will ensure the effective management of inbound inventory, warehousing, stock control, retail replenishment, e-commerce fulfilment and returns operations across Europe. The successful candidate will act as the key operational link between POP MART and its third-party logistics providers, driving service performance, inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
This is a highly visible role that will play a critical part in POP MART’s ongoing European logistics transformation, including the transition towards a centralised RDC model and the closure of local distribution centres across the region.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and hands-on logistics professional with strong warehouse operations expertise, proven 3PL management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a complex international supply chain environment.
The role also includes direct line management responsibility for a team member supporting European warehouse operations, providing leadership, coaching and development while ensuring operational excellence across the function.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management
- Manage the day-to-day performance of POP MART’s European RDC in Belgium, ensuring efficient execution of inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns activities
- Oversee inbound inventory flows from China into Europe, ensuring stock is received, processed and made available in line with business priorities
- Manage outbound operations supporting retail stores across Europe, including replenishment, new store openings, promotional activity and priority shipments
- Coordinate e-commerce fulfilment operations and ensure seamless service delivery through to final-mile distribution
- Monitor warehouse capacity, throughput and operational performance to support business growth and seasonal peaks
- Drive effective communication and issue resolution between internal teams and third-party logistics providers
3PL Management & Performance
- Act as the primary operational contact for POP MART’s European warehouse partners
- Manage warehouse providers against agreed KPIs, SLAs and contractual commitments
- Lead regular operational review meetings and performance discussions with logistics providers
- Drive corrective action plans to address service issues, operational risks and performance gaps
- Monitor warehouse costs, service levels and operational charges to ensure alignment with budgets and expectations
- Build strong collaborative relationships while maintaining accountability for performance outcomes
Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
- Oversee stock accuracy, inventory control processes, cycle counts and scheduled stocktakes
- Lead investigations into inventory discrepancies, stock variances and system-related issues
- Work closely with warehouse partners and internal stakeholders to improve inventory visibility and reporting accuracy
- Ensure robust inventory management processes are followed across inbound, storage, outbound and returns activities
- Drive continuous improvements in stock control, traceability and operational compliance

Distribution Network Transformation
- Support the transition towards a centralised European RDC model
- Coordinate operational activities associated with local distribution centre closures across Europe
- Work cross-functionally with Logistics, Merchandising, Finance, Tax, IT and warehouse partners to plan and execute stock transfers
- Ensure warehouse readiness, capacity planning and space utilisation support future inventory requirements
- Identify, manage and escalate risks associated with network transformation projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Retail, E-commerce, Merchandising, Finance and Logistics teams to ensure stock availability and operational alignment
- Support business priorities by translating demand forecasts and operational requirements into warehouse execution plans
- Provide regular updates on warehouse performance, service levels, inventory health and operational risks
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners across Europe
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and report on key warehouse performance indicators, including stock accuracy, inbound processing times, fulfilment performance, productivity and cost efficiency
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Lead initiatives focused on warehouse optimisation, process improvement and operational efficiency
- Support systems enhancements, warehouse layout improvements and capacity planning projects
- Contribute to the development of scalable logistics processes that support future business growth
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience within warehouse, distribution, fulfilment or logistics operations
- Proven experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse providers
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, outbound, inventory control, returns and fulfilment processes
- Experience supporting both retail distribution and e-commerce fulfilment operations
- Experience managing warehouse operations remotely and across multiple locations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and implement corrective actions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs and operational performance metrics
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP processes
Desirable but Not Essential
- Experience within retail, consumer goods, fashion or omnichannel environments
- Experience supporting warehouse consolidations, RDC transitions or logistics network transformation projects
- Experience with NetSuite ERP
- Understanding of European distribution networks and cross-border logistics operations
- Knowledge of warehouse automation and process optimisation initiatives
