Warehouse Manager
Dirac Trading Group | Acton, London | Full-time, permanent | On-site
Dirac Trading Group is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of daily operations at our Acton warehouse.
This is a practical, on-site leadership role for someone who can keep outbound orders moving, lead a mixed warehouse team, and maintain high standards around accuracy, safety, pace and accountability.
What you will own
- Lead the warehouse team day to day, setting priorities and holding people accountable.
- Plan rotas across full-time, zero-hour and agency workers, flexing labour to match demand.
- Own outbound fulfilment so orders are packed, checked, booked and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Book UK outbound shipments and resolve courier or collection issues quickly and practically.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organised and secure warehouse, with clear standards for stock handling and working areas.
- Own warehouse Health & Safety standards, including new starter training, refresher training and annual checks.
- Work closely with Operations, Customer teams and senior management to improve accuracy and efficiency.

What we're looking for
- Previous experience managing or supervising a warehouse team in the UK.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on management style, with the willingness to lead from the front when needed.
- Experience managing rotas, temporary workers, overtime and daily warehouse coverage.
- Strong attention to detail around packing, dispatch and stock accuracy.
- Experience booking UK outbound shipments.
- A valid forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one, is preferred.

Package and benefits
- £40,000 base salary.
- Discretionary monthly KPI bonus of up to £700, with a maximum annual package of £48,400 if all monthly criteria are achieved.
