About the Role
The Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility, ensuring smooth management of logistics, maintenance, procurement, stock control, and reporting to improve efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Bearing Production Tracking
- Maintain accurate tracking of bearing production status in collaboration with Factory Personnel Control (FPC)
- Facilitate timely delivery of bearings and components to site
Financial Reporting & Invoicing
- Provide commercial data for financial reporting, including:
- Bearing invoicing
- Factory production item tracking
- Internal plant hire invoicing for Company projects
- ICORR billing management
- Maintain real-time records of plant and equipment movements for accurate invoicing
Logistics Management
- Develop and review transportation arrangements for plant and materials:
- Incoming deliveries from France, Italy, and Romania
- Ensure compliance with Brexit Regulations
- Liaise with logistics teams and external suppliers to optimise delivery processes
Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities
- Ensure all administrative and commercial reporting adheres to internal/external deadlines
- Handle procurement negotiations and supplier relations for factory needs
- Maintain stock levels of key components and materials

Health & Safety Leadership
- Oversee adherence to Health & Safety legislation for all on-site activities
- Manage external contractors in compliance with policies
- Ensure timely plant and equipment testing, maintenance, and calibration
Facility Maintenance
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and organisation at the factory
- Oversee waste management to comply with Waste Management Regulations
- Remove obsolete plant/equipment in line with HS&E policies
Resource & Return Management
- Coordinate plant and material returns from worksites
- Ensure COSHH waste materials are disposed of immediately
- Identify damages/missing items and report financial cases to the Commercial Department
Support to Aquaforce Team
- Provide assistance to the Aquaforce team as required for facility usage
Key Requirements
To succeed as Warehouse Manager, you must:
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Freyssinet’s operations, including:
- Post-tensioning systems
- Infrastructure repairs
- Cathodic protection techniques
- Hold hands-on experience in quality control/inspection roles, preferably within construction or industrial environments
- Possess the following certifications:
- PAT Testing (Portable Appliance Testing)
- Forklift certification
- LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations)
- Valid CSCS Card
- Bring proven leadership in warehouse/logistics management, ensuring:
- Safeguarding adherence to statutory and contractual requirements
- Clear communication with stakeholders (internal/external)
- Be flexible and mobile to travel across the UK as required
- Be prepared to work outside standard hours when necessary
