Location: Cowie, Stirling

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to GM Logistics, this is a Monday to Friday dayshift role, working 40 hours per week. This role is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective management of the warehouse function, leading a team of Warehouse Operators working across a three-shift pattern. The successful candidate will drive operational performance, maintain high standards of safety and inventory control, and support the ongoing development of warehouse systems and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop a team of Warehouse Operators across a three-shift operation.
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse performance, productivity and stock accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the ongoing optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
  • Participate in the Site Safety Committee and conduct regular safety tours and workplace inspections.
  • Monitor and report on key warehouse performance indicators.
  • Provide hands-on operational support when required, including forklift and warehouse activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Experience driving operational performance and continuous improvement.
  • Good IT skills and experience using ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork and operational excellence.
  • FLT licence and knowledge of D365, AX or RF Smart would be advantageous.

The role is based on a manufacturing site and requires compliance with site safety rules and the wearing of appropriate PPE (training provided). Some flexibility may be required to meet business needs.
