Warehouse Manager (Cold Chain – Luton)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & System Construction
- Develop warehousing strategies, process standards, and annual plans.
- Design warehouse management systems, layouts, and equipment configurations.
- Drive standardisation and intelligent automation to improve efficiency.
End-to-End Operations Management
- Coordinate receiving, storage, inventory, and order processing.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics (inventory turnover, accuracy).
- Streamline operation routes and resource allocation to maximise efficiency.
- Reduce errors and operational losses.
Cost Control & Efficiency Improvement
- Analyse warehousing costs (labor, equipment, space).
- Implement cost-reduction strategies and process optimisations.
- Promote automation tools for continuous efficiency gains.

Team Management & Risk Control
