Warehouse Manager - Kings Lynn, Norfolk

Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm (Early Finish Fridays)

GBP40,000 to GBP43,000

Would you like to work for a manufacturer experiencing significant growth and investment? Following the recent acquisition of additional premises and with order books full through 2027, they are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join the team.

Role And Responsibilities Of The Warehouse Manager

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse operation
  • Coordinate receiving, storage, and despatch of goods
  • Leading a team of 4 warehouse operatives
  • Ensure all stock and finished goods are stored and secured safely
  • Hands-on role with the team, driving the forklift and moving stock when needed
  • Maintain accurate stock records on the MRP system
  • Ensure Purchase Orders and Goods In receipts are processed within 24 hours
  • Work closely with production planners to ensure production kits and materials are moved on time

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Needed To Be The Warehouse Manager:

  • 5+ years experience as a warehouse manager
  • Must have experience of leading a small team: setting tasks, prioritizing, training
  • Previously have worked in a warehouse connected to manufacturing
  • Comfortable working in a busy/fast-paced environment
  • Must have a Forklift Licence
  • Previously have used an MRP system
