Job Purpose
The Warehouse Manager / T3 Exhibition Installer is responsible for the day-to-day management, organisation, and operation of the OrangeDoor warehouse, ensuring all event stock, exhibition assets, and equipment are accurately maintained, tracked, and prepared for projects.
The role combines warehouse management responsibilities with hands-on exhibition installation support, working closely with project teams to ensure successful event delivery both in the warehouse and onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and efficient environment
- Ensure warehouse processes are followed and continuously improved
- Conduct regular stock audits and identify damaged, missing, or obsolete equipment
Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain ownership of all company stock, assets, and inventory systems
- Ensure equipment is accurately tracked, allocated, and recorded for all projects
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend replacements or new purchases as needed

Deliveries & Logistics
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing deliveries, collections, and shipments
- Ensure equipment is prepared, packed, and dispatched accurately for events
- Support loading/unloading activities and communicate logistics updates to project teams
Event Preparation
- Manage exhibition system pre-builds and prepare, quality check, and allocate assets for each project
- Create and maintain project pick lists and resolve equipment or inventory issues prior to deployment
Installation & Build Support
- Provide onsite support for exhibition builds, dismantles, and activations
- Install and dismantle T3 exhibition systems while ensuring quality standards and resolving onsite issues as needed
Event Support & Logistics
- Track equipment across live projects and maintain visibility of stock movements
- Coordinate logistics for UK and international events, including vehicle scheduling, freight partners, and customs documentation
- Ensure compliance with all shipping, transport, and customs requirements
General Administration
- Complete timesheets, manage team communications, and participate in internal meetings
Essential Skills
- Previous warehouse management or warehouse coordinator experience
- Strong organisational and inventory management skills
- Experience using stock management or inventory control systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple internal teams
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to safely lift and move event equipment
- Fully literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Desirable Skills
- Experience within the events, exhibitions, or live events industry
- Experience with T3 exhibition systems or similar modular exhibition structures
- Experience managing international shipping and Carnets
- Experience with van driving and event logistics

Additional Information
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Location: Warehouse Location in Sevenoaks
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
This role may require occasional local and international travel, therefore candidates must be able to obtain and maintain valid travel documentation where required.
