Warehouse Operations Associate

As a Warehouse Operative, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple incoming and outgoing deliveries daily. You will be part of a close-knit team where collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency are essential to keeping operations running smoothly.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and works well within a team. You will have strong computer literacy, with previous experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Handling materials efficiently, including loading and unloading goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts.
  • Managing shipping and receiving processes to ensure accurate documentation and timely dispatch of items.
  • Picking and packing orders with precision to meet customer specifications.
  • Stocking shelves and organising inventory within the warehouse to optimise space utilisation.
  • Operating warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, locations, and movements.
  • Conducting quality control checks to maintain high standards of product integrity.
  • Performing mechanical tasks related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Assisting with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory counts as required.
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times during daily operations.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficiency in materials handling techniques
  • Familiarity with forklift operation (training provided if necessary)
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory movements
  • Strong organisational skills for stocking and maintaining orderly storage areas
  • Attention to detail for quality control checks and accurate order fulfilment
  • Physical capability for heavy lifting and load/unload activities while adhering to safety standards
