Warehouse Operations Manager As a key leader within our fulfilment function, the Warehouse Operations Manager will take ownership of all inbound activities, including goods-in, B2B operations, kitting, and replenishment. This role sits at the heart of our fast-paced operation, driving performance, quality, and efficiency across warehouse processes. You will lead and inspire a high-performing team of goods-in operatives, forklift drivers, and warehouse colleagues, embedding a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will ensure seamless operational flow, support outstanding customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to improve processes as we continue to scale. Your Responsibilities Lead and manage all inbound operations, including goods-inwards, deliveries, and stock movement, ensuring goods are booked in accurately and within SLA requirements Inspire, coach, and develop a dedicated warehouse team, fostering a safe, engaged, and high-performance culture Maintain robust quality control standards across all inbound and warehouse processes Partner with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and exceptional customer outcomes Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service levels Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, taking action to achieve and exceed targets Ensure stock accuracy and replenishment processes are maintained to support operational demand Support resource planning to meet changing business volumes and priorities Exceptional leadership and people management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment Solid understanding of people management processes, including absence and performance management Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred Forklift certification advantageous Commitment to accuracy, quality, and safety Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 DOE 10% annual performance bonus Ongoing career development and training opportunities 32 days’ annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays Company pension scheme Friendly, supportive, and collaborative working environment Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7, primarily 8:00am – 5:30pm, with occasional late shifts as required
