Location: Brackmills, Northampton
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
About the Role
At DSV, we’re building the world’s leading logistics and transport network—and we’re seeking forward-thinking Warehouse Operations Managers to lead our Brackmills site. This leadership role sits at the heart of our supply chain, demanding expertise in fast-paced operations with room to grow. What You’ll Do
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Group Audit standards.
- Control operational costs in alignment with budgets and forecasts.
- Review weekly reports, investigate variances, and drive corrective actions.
- Plan resource levels for seasonal and volume fluctuations.
- Support recruitment, retention, and staff development.
- Mentor team leaders, providing feedback and ensuring strong WMS process adherence.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policy.
- Build strong partnerships with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate business priorities clearly to the warehouse team.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Inspire and develop warehouse leaders, setting and reviewing KPIs.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture through leadership and communication.
- Implement and maintain departmental policies for safe and efficient operations.

About You
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
Experience & Leadership
- Proven senior management experience in warehouse or logistics.
- A track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Confident decision-making with exceptional attention to detail.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong financial, analytical, and cost-management skills.
- Exceptional communication to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of warehouse processes and WMS systems.
- Strong IT skills (spreadsheets, databases, warehouse management tools).
