Warehouse Operation’s Manager
Location: London NW10
Salary: £47,000 per annum

About Us
We are an environmentally conscious e-commerce business specialising in the resale of pre-loved books. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operation and help drive the next stage of our development.
The Role
This is a leadership position where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation. You will lead and motivate the team, maintain high operational standards, solve problems, and continuously improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff across multiple warehouse departments.
- Manage daily workflow, productivity, and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate inventory processing and order fulfillment.
- Resolve operational, technical, and marketplace-related issues.
- Manage staff performance, attendance, training, and development.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
- Support business growth and operational planning.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' warehouse management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience working within an e-commerce warehouse is advantageous.
- Knowledge of courier, dispatch, and online marketplace operations is desirable.

- Ability to reliably commute to London NW10, or relocate before starting work.
