Warehouse Operations & Systems Coordinator
Warehouse Analyst – Logistics & Supply Chain
About the Role
This key role ensures our warehouse operates efficiently while seeking opportunities to optimise processes. You’ll coordinate daily operations, work with systems/data analytics, and collaborate to drive performance improvements. With hands-on experience and structured responsibilities, this position builds a strong foundation for a career in logistics or supply chain.
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, and stock movements
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in warehouse systems (e.g. SAP/WMS)
- Support operational issue resolution to maintain smooth workflows
- Act as a key user of warehouse systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Produce reports and track key performance metrics (e.g. stock accuracy, productivity)
- Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Recommend and support warehouse process enhancements for efficiency and accuracy
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
- Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and Fleet teams

Requirements
- Graduate-level education or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data literacy with proficiency in tools like Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and eagerness to learn
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
