Warehouse Operations & Systems Coordinator

Warehouse Analyst – Logistics & Supply Chain


About the Role

This key role ensures our warehouse operates efficiently while seeking opportunities to optimise processes. You’ll coordinate daily operations, work with systems/data analytics, and collaborate to drive performance improvements. With hands-on experience and structured responsibilities, this position builds a strong foundation for a career in logistics or supply chain.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, and stock movements
  • Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in warehouse systems (e.g. SAP/WMS)
  • Support operational issue resolution to maintain smooth workflows
  • Act as a key user of warehouse systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Produce reports and track key performance metrics (e.g. stock accuracy, productivity)
  • Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Recommend and support warehouse process enhancements for efficiency and accuracy
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
  • Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and Fleet teams

Requirements

  • Graduate-level education or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data literacy with proficiency in tools like Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and eagerness to learn
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
