Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Doncaster
Working Hours: Working 4 days out of 7 (will include 1 in 3 weekends)
Pay Rate: GBP 13.00 - GBP 14.95 per hour
About The Role
We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team and help keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes. You will need to have previous warehouse experience, along with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking and packing products with accuracy and care
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Using handheld scanners and MHE equipment (full training provided)
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Working with your team to hit daily targets

What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from people with different backgrounds and experiences. You don't need specific qualifications; if you're dependable and eager to get stuck in and you have previous experience, you're halfway there.
You Should Be
- Able to work on your feet and lift items (within safe manual handling limits)
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment
- A team player who communicates well
- Flexible and able to follow instructions
- Punctual, with a good work ethic
- Able to speak, read and understand English fluently
