Role Overview
Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team at IKEA, Dartford.
You will be working any 5 out of 7 days on a fixed shift:
- 06:00-14:00
- 14:00-22:00
- 22:00-06:00

Typical Daily Responsibilities
- Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
- Pick, check, and handle stock accurately and efficiently
- Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure orders are prepared correctly
- Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties

Requirements for Success
You'll need to:
- Work well in a team and follow instructions
- Be reliable, self-motivated, and flexible
- Be able to read instructions and count accurately
- Have the physical ability to handle stock and use equipment safely
Previous warehouse experience or a forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
