IFGlobal: Warehouse Operative Opportunity

IFGlobal is a fast-growing eCommerce fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand new, state-of-the-art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we’re scaling fast, and we want people who want to grow with us.

Due to growth, we are looking for 3 Warehouse Operatives across our Hurn Warehouse to contribute to the efficient operation by performing a variety of tasks including stock picking, order processing, dispatch, and maintaining stock accuracy, while adhering to health and safety standards.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately pick stock using the latest handheld scanning technology
  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all specific requirements are met
  • Dispatch orders in line with agreed specifications and delivery standards
  • Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through careful handling and recording
  • Adhere to all company processes, procedures, and operational standards
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations, including the correct use of PPE and the safe operation of equipment and machinery
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure operational SLAs are consistently achieved
  • Support the team to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
  • Carry out any other duties as reasonably assigned

Working Pattern

  • 08:30am-17:30pm
  • 8 hour shifts - 5 out of 7 days
  • 40 hours per week
