We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing business based in Maldon, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a friendly team in a varied warehouse role on a temporary contract with opportunities to secure a permanent position.
This role will involve a combination of warehouse duties and occasional 3.5-tonne van driving, so applicants must hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners
- Load and unload deliveries, including containers, safely and efficiently
- Carry out stock counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy
- Assist with goods in, goods out and general warehouse organisation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics distribution and supply chain required
- Full clean UK Driving Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
- Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
