The Role
As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll ensure our stores have the right products at the right time. Your responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing a wide variety of goods, including chilled (-18°C), frozen, meat, fruit, and more (extra £1.50/hour premium for freezer work)
- Independently fulfilling orders while following instructions via headset
- Safely loading and securing palleted deliveries
- Reporting damaged stock immediately
- Operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment
You’ll be part of a team that makes sure 2,000+ products reach customers’ shelves—without you, we’d have empty storefronts!
