We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our AV team in Bacup on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced operation where teamwork, efficiency, and quality are key to our success.
As part of our commitment to delivering the highest standards in the market, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring continuity during a period of transition within the team.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm (30-minute unpaid break)
- Saturday: 10:00am – 4:30pm (on a rota basis, approximately once per month)
Saturday shifts are paid as a full day, with a day off in the week provided. Flexibility is required to support a 6-day operation when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch
- Managing returns and assisting with stock control
- Assisting with the production and handling of custom cables
- Providing cover for holidays, sickness, and other absences
- Contributing to a smooth and efficient operation
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

About You
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Flexibility to support varying workloads and schedules
