Warehouse Operative – Basildon, Essex
All Square Recruitment are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution team in Basildon, Essex.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. A temporary position to manage a busy period.

Warehouse Operative – responsibilities include:
- Assisting with unloading deliveries
- Ensuring correct quantities and product codes are selected
- Packing items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage
- Working in a team to collectively achieve targets
- Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor any product defects
Experience Required

- Previous experience in a warehouse picking and packing role
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Reliable, with excellent timekeeping and a positive attitude
Shift Details
- Monday to Friday
- 07:15 – 16:00
- Job Type: Temporary (8 – 12 weeks)
- Hourly Rate: £13.38 per hour
