The exciting Warehouse Operative opportunity is perfect for individuals wanting to be part of a dynamic team, managing stock efficiently within one of our critical beverage warehouse operations in Milton Keynes. This is a hands-on, full-time role with a structured 4-On / 4-Off shifts, Monday to Friday—operating 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM daily.
Salary & Terms
- Basic Salary: £30,024.90 per annum (up to £30,024.90 yearly max)
- Working Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off (Day shifts, Mon-Fri, 06:00 AM–06:00 PM)
- Contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Order & Stock Management: Pick stock and order components accurately from designated warehouse locations.
- Loading & Palletisation: Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to load pallets efficiently onto transport trailers, ensuring compliance procedures are followed.
- Order Exactness: Confirm that correct amounts of product are selected consistently.
- Safety Standards: Prioritise Health & Safety, including adherence to designated risk assessment guidelines—reporting any incidents to warehouse leadership immediately.
- Warehouse Hygiene: Maintain high housekeeping standards across all areas to create a safe, organised working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong communication with Team Leaders and Managers, making sure the workflow aligns with operational standards.
- Procedural Compliance: Ensure full adherence to warehouse protocols—especially regarding product damage reporting and equipment operation safety.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications
We are seeking a motivated individual with:
- ** Previous warehouse experience** in a fast-paced environment (a distinct advantage).
- Pall-fixing / Pick-Pack-Trolley (PPT) familiarity —this is critical for the role.
- A solid track record of confidently meeting clear performance targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and impeccable numerical accuracy.
- A reliable, work-hard attitude, committed to excellence in delivery.
