The Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our Warehouse Team, carrying out a variety of duties including operating MHEs, de-racking, racking, picking, palletisation and loading. You will work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, food safety legislation and customer quality standards.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Thursday, 42 hours per week
- 19:00-03:00 Monday
- 19:00-05:00 Tuesday
- 19:00-07:00 Wednesday and Thursday
Pay
£12.95 per hour
Your Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily picking sheets as distributed by the Team Leader or Shift Manager.
- Store incoming product onto the correct racking in line with stock rotation and shelf life procedures, ensuring full traceability.
- Load finished products onto vehicles as instructed.
- Communicate stock shortages to the Team Leader promptly.
- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately, including temperature records.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, reporting all accidents and near misses.
- Only operate equipment and vehicles for which you have received full training.
- Assist with internal and external audits when required.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a warehouse or picking environment.
- General awareness of basic food hygiene and Health and Safety principles.
- Forklift or counterbalance licence desirable but not essential.
- Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions effectively.
