We're looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our busy operations team at our distribution centre in Brackley. Freixenet Copestick are a major player in the UK drinks market and we're proud to be the UK's leading supplier of sparkling wines. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team to be a part of our next phase of growth.
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, supporting the Operations Manager and helping to make our warehouse team the best in the business. You’ll be responsible for receipting, putting away, picking, packing and preparing our exceptional portfolio of wines for dispatch - ensuring every order leaves accurately, safely and on time.

Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Experience working towards pick rate and accuracy targets
- Valid Forklift licence and experience essential (Bendi licence preferred)
- Physically fit and comfortable in an active, hands-on role
- Strong team player who supports colleagues

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours Monday to Friday. The position offers a salary of £26,436.80, plus up to £2,000 in performance-related bonuses.
