Company Description

CML stores and delivers a wide variety of food products in a chilled temperature environment, whilst also offering a series of added value solutions to its clients. This is a career, not just a job.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Warehouse Operative to join our Lutterworth team, supporting a busy retail warehouse operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in keeping stock moving safely, accurately, and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 18:00 - 06:00

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 5 degrees. You will also be operating in a high-level racking environment of up to 14 metres, so confidence and experience using a Reach Truck at height is essential.

Salary: £30,424.68 per annum plus shift allowances plus allowances (Attendance Allowance - £1000 per year and Banked hours allowance of £1500 per year)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
