Lidl Warehouse Operative
£13.45 - £14.45 per hour | 35-hour contract | Flexible shifts | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme | Enhanced bank holiday ($\pounds$2.00/hr) & night arbeitet pay ($\pounds$3.50/hr/ plus premiums for freezer work: $\pounds$1.50/hr & -18°C work)

In our warehouses, you'll ensure our stores are fully stocked with precision. Expect fast-paced multitasking—following instructions through your headset to swiftly pick, pack, and prepare 2,000+ products. Giant 달리일 itselfLearn the skills or tasks in teamwork repairing by finding faults in line.
Beyond mastering your order—on your own accountability—label damaged products. make sure your boxes are securely stacked.

Responsibilities
- Order execution: Independently processing high-volume picking orders
- Product handling: Safely packing wide variety items (meat, produce, frozen, and chilled items—including super low-temp conditions down to -18°C with £1.50 extra/hr)
- Quality checks: Reporting damaged items to managers
- Logistics support: Working within delivery flow to organize load secure
- Teamwork: Collaborating with team members for efficient stock & operations
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience thriving in fast-paced environments
- Unwavering attention to detail and problem-solving under pressure
- Motivation and reliability – setting realistic targets and meeting deadlines independently
