SGS & Co and SGK have consistently delivered print, fabrication, and merchandising needs of hundreds of clients—and now, as Collide, we’re combining our strengths to elevate what’s possible. This new chapter expands the breadth and depth of our expertise, enabling us to deliver high-impact, global solutions that help brands launch into the real world, capture attention, and drive conversion at the point of connection.
Role and responsibilities
Due to expansion, we are looking for a number of roles throughout our production site at Witham in Essex. At this site we specialise in production of large format graphics and brand experience/display products.
We are looking for a Warehouse/stock/despatch operative. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, we are looking for an experienced forklift truck driver with aptitude to manage stock levels, goods in deliveries and dispatching of goods out. Packing and use of the despatch systems in place (full training given). This will be a day shift position, with a part time role considered.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
