Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Order Pickers for a busy distribution centre in Atherstone. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with genuine long-term career prospects.
Shift Pattern
- Start time: 7:30 PM
- Typical shift length: 7–8 hours
- Fixed rota:
- Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- 2 out of every 3 Sundays
- Days off: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and every third Sunday

Pay Rates
First 12 Weeks
- £13.44 per hour before 10:00 PM
- £16.79 per hour after 10:00 PM
After 12 Weeks
- £14.93 per hour before 10:00 PM
- £18.66 per hour after 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Voice order picking using a headset system
- Operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP)
- Pallet wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
- Loading and dispatch preparation
- General warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Essential Requirements

- Previous warehouse experience is required
- Previous LLOP experience is required
- Experience in order picking within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently to targets
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
