Job Overview

To support the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse by working across both the Service and Production warehouses. The role involves a variety of warehouse duties, including picking, packing, stock handling, and inventory control, ensuring parts are processed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders in line with daily schedules and customer requirements.
  • Ensure accurate labelling and packaging of outbound goods.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist with picking and issuing parts for internal and external orders.
  • Accurately log and record stock movements and usage.
  • Support the Assembly team by ensuring the timely supply of required parts.
  • Help manage parts inventory, including stock checks and replenishment.
  • Provide general warehouse support where required.
  • Ensure all warehouse areas are kept clean, safe, and organised.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience, particularly within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Counterbalance forklift truck licence required; pedestrian reach truck licence desirable.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
