In your role at Healthcare 21, you will be required to fulfil the full range of Warehouse Operative duties. You will be a vital part of the Healthcare 21 supply chain process. The duties include the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of our product portfolio including overseeing the pick, pack, and delivery activity. You will also be responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met, and will work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure this.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:
Not limited to but will include:
- Ensure that you comply with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health and Safety & HR.
- Timely and accurate receipting of deliveries from suppliers.
- Daily picking, assembly, packing, and shipping of product orders.
- Organize outbound shipments ensuring freight is handled in compliance with Company policies.
- Use of Healthcare 21 Inventory Control System in order to maintain full traceability and accountability of the materials, including investigating any variances arising.
- Ensure demonstration stock is in a saleable condition at all times.
- Conduct regular stock cycle counts as scheduled.
- Liaise with group warehouses regarding transfer of stock.
- Liaise with Customer Service team and other Company departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Take responsibility for the security of the warehouse stock.
- Delivery of orders to customers as required.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations including general housekeeping, allocation of material, and shipping of finished goods are conducted to the highest safety standards to meet with health and safety requirements.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System is desirable.
- Forklift license and Manual Handling training is desirable.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work in a pressurized and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised whilst delivering a high-quality service.
- Strong administrative skills incorporating planning and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills & team player.
- Have a flexible approach to work and be able to enthusiastically embrace change and new challenges.
- Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail.
- Be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, meeting the needs of the team and the business at all times.
- Perform all tasks in a timely manner ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintain an attitude and commitment to provide excellent service to all customers.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
