Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver – Uckfield
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team based in Uckfield. This is a full-time temporary-to-permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday on day shifts, starting at 7:00am, with 12-hour shifts.
We Welcome Applications From Candidates Who
- Hold a valid Forklift Licence, or
- Have previous forklift driving experience and would be happy to obtain their forklift licence through the company.

Duties Will Include
- Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Stacking, wrapping, and preparing pallets
- Assisting with general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Has previous warehouse experience
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
- Is reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Has a good understanding of health and safety practices
