Warehouse Operative – Trax Park Facility

About the Role
Here at GXO Doncaster, we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Trax Park Facility for our TRIPP contract.
You will work both independently and as part of a team, delivering a high level of efficiency and customer service.
This is a permanent position, working 34.5 hours per week on a weekend rota:
- Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
- Working hours: 06:00–18:00

Key Responsibilities
On a typical day, you’ll:
- Prepare and dispatch warehouse orders according to schedule
- Sort and place materials/items on racks efficiently
- Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and complete paperwork
- Carry out stock counting and location checks
- Perform admin tasks using management systems
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and productivity
Requirements
To succeed at GXO, you should have:
- Warehouse experience, with an understanding of inventory processes
- Preference/advantage for counterbalance experience & licence
- A team player mentality with a "one team" approach
- Flexibility to adapt to varied tasks and shifts
- A positive, proactive attitude and motivation to meet/exceed targets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy
