Warehouse Operative – Trax Park Facility

About the Role

Here at GXO Doncaster, we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Trax Park Facility for our TRIPP contract.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, delivering a high level of efficiency and customer service.

This is a permanent position, working 34.5 hours per week on a weekend rota:

  • Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
  • Working hours: 06:00–18:00

Key Responsibilities

On a typical day, you’ll:

  • Prepare and dispatch warehouse orders according to schedule
  • Sort and place materials/items on racks efficiently
  • Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and complete paperwork
  • Carry out stock counting and location checks
  • Perform admin tasks using management systems
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and productivity

Requirements

To succeed at GXO, you should have:

  • Warehouse experience, with an understanding of inventory processes
  • Preference/advantage for counterbalance experience & licence
  • A team player mentality with a "one team" approach
  • Flexibility to adapt to varied tasks and shifts
  • A positive, proactive attitude and motivation to meet/exceed targets
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy
