At GXO Logistics, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team in Rugby (CV23 0WB), supporting our customer Haier.

£26,275.08 (plus MHE responsibility allowance of £150/month)

Responsibilities
- Safe operation of counterbalance and reach truck forklifts
- Loading / unloading and stock movement across the warehouse
- Accurate picking, packing, and order preparation
- Processing of goods in/out and stock support
- Daily equipment checks and reporting any issues
- Supporting general warehouse duties
Requirements
- Experience with MHE – driving counterbalance and reach trucks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adhere to GXO Health and Safety policies
- Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
