As we continue to grow, we are investing in our innovation capabilities and are looking for an experienced Innovation Manager to help shape the future pipeline of products, technologies and customer opportunities across both our Brand and Private Label businesses.
This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence business strategy, work directly with leading retailers and brand partners, and drive the commercialisation of new ideas from concept through to market launch.
Role Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy across the three main warehouse functions: Goods In, Picking Works Orders, and Goods Out.
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and checking incoming deliveries, accurately picking and preparing works orders, and ensuring all outgoing goods are packed and dispatched correctly. You will play a key part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations while adhering to company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Goods In
- Make sure all deliveries are checked off against delivery note, have no defects to the product, packaging, or pallets.
- Deliveries need to be booked onto the system, and all discrepancies need to be rectified.

Picking Works Orders
- Need to make sure all picked correctly, and every line is completed, and the system is updated.

Goods Out
- Need to make sure all the pallets have the correct number of cases on, and dockets match the product.
- Need to make sure all the pallets for each order are added on the system to the correct delivery note and loaded onto the right trailer.

Forklifts & PPT
- Need the daily pre-use check sheet filling in and all faults are reported to Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
- To be cleaned weekly and for the batteries to be topped up as and when required.

Ensure mixing equipment and product quality are maintained within Standard Operating Procedures and customers’ expectations.

Housekeeping – responsibility of all members of the Warehouse / Stores Team to keep the Main Stores, Fiesta, Westminster, and the Tent.

Follow departmental and role specific SOP’s and SSOW’s.

Follow sanitising guidelines for cleaning and keeping the working environment clean by adopting Clean as You Go principles.

Ensure that any problems that may affect safety or quality are reported in timely manner.

Promote good interpersonal relationships with other team members, management, and other departments to work effectively to ensure delivery of production targets and customer requirements.
Candidate Description
- Experience within a Warehouse or Stores would be beneficial.
- Counterbalance & Reach Truck Licence.
- Able to understand and learn our WMS System to process orders and stock locations / transfers.
- Good standard verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a large team and communicate with staff at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good Time & Attendance Management and organisational skills.
