Warehouse Operative – Seafast Supply Chain
As a Warehouse Operative at Seafast, you will be a critical part of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth movement and handling of goods. Your accuracy, adherence to safety regulations, and dedication to quality will help us meet operational KPIs and support our broader business objectives.
Shift Pattern
Our shift operates on a 2-week rotation:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
- Hours: 07:00 – 19:00 (7 consecutive days in Week 1)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and process orders while maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock checks.
- Prepare goods for delivery, ensuring proper packaging, labelling, and load security with checks for damage or errors.
- Complete all warehouse documentation and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Safely operate mechanical lifting equipment after completing the necessary training and licensing.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols, always wear the required PPE, and report hazards immediately.
- Follow company policies on incident reporting, security, attendance, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure timely handover of documentation and completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience (desirable but not required).
- Ability to handle demanding physical tasks with reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication to collaborate effectively.
- Safety-first mentality with commitment to health and safety protocols.
- Dependability to meet deadlines and maintain consistency.
- Flexibility in workload and hours.
