Overview £14.45 – £17.95 per hour | 40-hour contract | AM & PM shifts | 30–35 days holiday (pro rata) Perks: 10% in-store discount | enhanced family leave | competitive bank holiday & night shift pay (an extra £2.00/hour for bank holiday work / £3.50/hour for night shifts)

About the Role
As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, your work ensures stores receive the right stock efficiently. Tasks include:
- Picking products and executing tasks (e.g., packaging meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items—with a £1.50/hour bonus for freezer work at -18°C)
- Stacking deliveries securely
- Reporting damaged items to management
- Working orders independently under tight deadlines
You’ll be part of a dynamic team underpinning 2,000+ SKUs and 2,000-plus stores—all driven to keep shelves stocked for happy customers.

Responsibilities
- Multitask efficiently, listening carefully to instructions via headset
- Pack a variety of products (premium payments apply to freezer work)
- Ensure deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure
- Report any damaged items immediately to senior staff
- Work swiftly and independently through orders
Requirements
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet targets and goals with drive
- Careful attention to detail when working quickly
- Strong self-motivation and commitment to delivering results
- Previous experience in night shifts is a plus
