We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with stores experience to join a busy manufacturing business in Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous stores, warehouse, or inventory management experience looking for a long-term role with an early finish and overtime available.
Warehouse Operative Duties
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Booking goods in and out using computerized stock systems
- Managing components, kits, and finished products within the stores department
- Carrying out regular stock checks and reconciliations
- Packing and dispatching completed customer orders
- Ensuring stock movements are accurately recorded at all times
- Supporting on-time delivery of customer orders
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

Who are we looking for?
- Previous warehouse or stores experience is essential
- Inventory management or stock control experience is highly desirable
- Strong computer and administration skills
- Experience using SAP or similar stock management systems would be advantageous
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
