The Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative for a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm, with occasional weekend work).
Based at our Northampton site (NN7 2QA, near Junction 15 of the M1), you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily warehouse operations
- Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
- Operating manual handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse systems (training provided)
- Completing administrative checks and paperwork
- Adhering to health and safety protocols
- Collaborating with the team to identify and share improvements

What We Offer
- Salary: £28,354.14 per annum
- Holiday: 22 days before increasing with service + public holidays

We welcome applications from all backgrounds, particularly highlighting candidates with:
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment
- A valid FLT, counterbalance, reach-truck, or pallet stacker licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Knowledge of safe manual handling practices
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- A demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt
