Warehouse Operative – Northampton (NN7 2QA)

The Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative for a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm, with occasional weekend work).

Based at our Northampton site (NN7 2QA, near Junction 15 of the M1), you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting daily warehouse operations
  • Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
  • Operating manual handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse systems (training provided)
  • Completing administrative checks and paperwork
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and share improvements
