About the Role
Our Distribution team are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to support the smooth and efficient running of our state-of-the-art operations hub in Thatcham. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our Supply Chain, where you’ll help ensure stock flows seamlessly and our customers continue to experience the magic we’re known for.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, completing a variety of tasks with precision and efficiency to ensure stock is received, handled and dispatched to the highest standards. You will work closely with your team and wider departments to maintain accuracy, safety and operational excellence across all activities.
Reporting into the Warehouse management team, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations moving, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a clean, safe and organised environment.

- .com (Picking and Packing)
- Returns
- GM Processing
- Warehousing
- Site Services
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, checking and sorting incoming products.
- Picking, packing and relocating stock using manual and mechanical methods.
- Operating equipment such as pump trucks and powered pump trucks.
- Loading and unloading palletised goods from vehicles.
- Completing stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Supporting the timely and secure processing and dispatch of orders.
- Upholding high standards of housekeeping, health and safety.
Please note this is a physically active role involving regular lifting (up to 23kg) and considerable time spent on your feet. Due to working with or near material handling equipment, you must be aged 18 or over.

About You
You will be a reliable and motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll take pride in delivering high standards and have a proactive approach to getting the job done efficiently and safely.
You will:
- Be comfortable working in a physical role with regular lifting and movement.
- Have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking, packing and stock control.
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- Be able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Have a good understanding of health and safety in a warehouse environment.
- Ideally have previous warehouse or distribution experience (although not essential).
- Be open to learning and using warehouse equipment and systems.
