Harvey Jones have hand built more than 15,000 bespoke kitchens and know exactly what it takes to deliver furniture that our clients are proud to use and have in their homes. We craft our kitchens in simple, beautifully made designs. They are high quality using traditional construction techniques, and each design can be customised and personalised to our clients’ exact needs and tastes. - Pick and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring all components are correct, complete, and protected.
- Support with loading of goods safely for transport, adhering to H&S and handling procedures
- Check documentation (delivery notes, labels, packing lists) for accuracy
- Inspect finished cabinets, doors, and components to ensure compliance with technical drawings, quality standards, and specifications.
- Identify defects or non-conformances of goods from internal and outsourced suppliers and initiate rework or corrective actions
- Complete quality checklists and documentation for production and audit purposes
- Assist in inventory control by flagging damaged or missing components.
- Intake of goods and placement in correct areas with necessary paperwork complete.
- Support ALL other areas and carry out required tasks when necessary.
- Provide FULL support to other members of the despatch team when required.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, forklifts)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
