Warehouse Operative (Raw Materials and Finished Goods)
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Receive, store, label, pick, load, and deliver RM/FG and packaging in accordance with HSEQ requirements and service targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently carry out all product loading and unloading tasks
- Scan and track incoming and outgoing orders
- Label raw materials (RM)
- Receive goods, ensuring contents match manifest documents
- Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items
- Load, unload, stack, move, and place products in appropriately designated areas
- Conduct stock count
- Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment
- Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
Requirements & Desirable Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Applicants should:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a strong team player
- Have a positive attitude
- Be flexible in their approach to work, taking initiative when required
- Have a current counterbalance or PPT licence (desirable but not essential)
- Be proactive in managing their own workload
- Have a structured approach to daily tasks with a can-do attitude
