Role Overview
A Warehouse/Dispensary Operative plays a key role in the efficient running of a warehouse/dispensary by performing a range of manual and administrative tasks, including receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining stock accuracy and a clean and safe work environment. Flexibility to work shifts as required.
Hours Available
- Monday – Friday (40 hours per week): 6am – 14:30 with weekend availability

Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure they meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining precise stock levels through regular inventory checks and reporting any discrepancies.
- Goods Handling: Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications And Skills
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks to maintain high-quality standards.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to working weekend shifts consistently.
