Your New Role…

Step into the magical world of Warner Bros. Studio Tour as a Warehouse Operative, where you'll play a key role in supporting our retail operations across warehousing, order management, fulfilment, and packing. From our Studio Tour in Leavesden to Platform 9¾ stores and our online Harry Potter Shop (www.harrypottershop.com), you’ll help ensure every witch, wizard, and muggle receives a spellbinding experience.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Receive, inspect, and log deliveries to the warehouse
  • Maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing stock
  • Replenish and store inventory following company procedures (including using machinery at height)
  • Pick and pack orders for retail stores and ecommerce customers
  • Personalise and wrap online orders to a high standard
  • Report stock discrepancies or order issues to management
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and secure
  • Conduct machinery and vehicle checks, reporting faults promptly
  • Deliver stock to our London and Leavesden locations

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Full manual driving licence
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 10m (annual safety training provided)
  • Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move boxes
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Commercial awareness (e.g. understanding peak retail periods)
  • Team player with a flexible, proactive attitude
  • Strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills
  • Basic IT proficiency

Working Pattern…

  • 40-hour working week, in a shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, with varying start and finish times
  • You will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends, however this is subject to change during peak times
  • No night work required

Onsite Working

This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
