One of our most exciting roles within our organisation is our Warehouse Operative. We are seeking a Reliable, Motivated, and Hardworking individual to join our supportive team, dynamically thriving in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
About the Role
The Warehouse Operative is a dynamic position where you will handle essential logistics tasks, maintaining stock accuracy, order preparation, and operational efficiency while upholding high standards of safety and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities
- Receiving and checking incoming goods in the warehouse securely
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders efficiently for dispatch
- Ensuring safe, organised, and swift handling of all stock
- Operating warehouse equipment after completing mandatory training
- Maintaining cleanliness and warehouse organisation standards
- Meeting documentation deadlines with accuracy and completeness
- Strict adherence to all company health and safety policies

Experience/Requirements
- Experience in warehouse/ logistics is desirable but not mandatory
- Must exhibit strong communication and collaborative teamwork
- Must display fast-paced accuracy and attention to detail
- Must possess manual handling skills and ability to stand comfortably for extended hours
- Basic IT functionality is an advantage
