Warehouse Operative – Permanent Role – GXO Doncaster

About the Role
Here at GXO Doncaster, we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Trax Park Facility for our TRIPP contract. You will be working both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating efficiency and commitment to deliver a high level of customer service.
This is a permanent position, working 34.5 hours per week over weekends only.
Working Pattern
- Saturday, Sunday, Monday
- Hours: 06:00 - 18:00

Typical Day Responsibilities
- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery according to schedule
- Sorting and placing materials/items on racks
- Assisting with vehicle loading/unloading and completing paperwork
- Conducting stock counting and location checks
- Completing admin tasks using management systems
- Working to a high standard of accuracy and productivity
Requirements
To succeed at GXO, you’ll need:
- Warehouse experience and an understanding of inventory processes
- ** advantage if you have a Counterbalance licence**
- Team player with a "one team" mindset
- Flexible and adaptable to varied tasks and locations
- Positive, can-do attitude with motivation to meet and exceed targets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy
